Pay for what we can actually tell you.

One credit per address. Duplicates, malformed addresses and anything a mail server refused to answer come off the bill automatically — so what you pay is always less than the rows you uploaded.

What costs a credit

A real answer: the mailbox exists, it does not, or the domain turned out to be a catch-all. One address, one credit, whatever the verdict.

What is free

Anything we could not determine, every duplicate after the first, and addresses that were never valid to begin with. Refunded to your balance without you asking.

Credits that keep

A plan refills every month. A one-off pack never expires and is only touched once the monthly allowance is gone, so buying ahead is never wasted.

Questions about billing

What happens when I run out of credits?

Nothing breaks and nothing is charged. We count your file and quote the exact cost before a single address is checked, so a run never starts that it cannot finish.

Do unused plan credits roll over?

Plan credits reset. Packs do not. If you clean a list twice a year rather than every month, a pack will suit you better than a subscription.

Can I change plan later?

Yes, at any time, from the billing page in your account.

What payment methods do you take?

Cards, through Paddle, who act as merchant of record. Your card details never touch our servers, and VAT or sales tax for your country is handled for you.
